Role Summary: This position is for a Graduate Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs. The nurse promotes safety, compassionate interactions, and optimal patient and family experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide direct care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Completion of a specialty training program in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrates compassionate care, strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and adherence to policies. Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively.
