Role: The Graduate Inpatient RN provides comprehensive nursing care in advanced acute care units and emergency departments. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, they deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate care plans, educate patients and families, and revise interventions based on patient response. Initiate collaboration with physicians and staff, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in decision-making and quality improvement initiatives. Actively engage in safety and patient education programs to enhance care standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty program is required, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree.
