Role Overview:
Join a dedicated General Medicine Telemetry team to provide care for medically complex patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Candidates will develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and communicate effectively with interprofessional teams. Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN, MSN); new graduates encouraged to apply
- Active RN license required
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience
- Comfort working in safety-sensitive environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care within standards of nursing practice
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care
