Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates with other departments to deliver comprehensive patient services while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Responsibilities: Performs nursing duties consistent with organizational standards, evaluates care provided by team members, and collaborates to optimize patient outcomes. Ensures adherence to mission and values.
Qualifications: Graduation from a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN). Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure. Certifications may include BLS, ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, or other unit-specific credentials.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk extensively, and perform tasks requiring gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
