Position: Registered Nurse in a regional float pool, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards, collaborating with diverse care teams and adapting to various units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN licensure, with at least one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg or two years for specialized units. Certifications required include BLS, with NRP for Women’s Health.
Skills & Demands: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift patients, and handle up to 50 pounds.
