Responsibilities:
Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, emphasizing Patient Centered Care. Oversee and guide supervised employees, demonstrating Service Excellence standards consistently. Ensure positive patient outcomes through collaboration, evidence-based practice, and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire
- Current RN license in the state, BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required
- Successful passing of pre-employment assessments
RN graduates must have an interim license from the Nevada State Board of Nursing and work under supervision.
