We are seeking a dedicated RN to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring confidentiality and patient rights are maintained. The role involves evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining professional accountability in a supportive environment.
Position details include:
- Full-time, day shifts (36 hours/week) with a rotating schedule of five and four eight-hour shifts, no on-call requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or others may be required based on the department.
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and performing various physical movements such as bending, kneeling, and reaching.
