Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse within the Central Region Float Pool, providing direct patient care across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, address patient needs holistically, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Maintain compliance with policies and standards, and contribute to a positive team environment focused on patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program. Ability to float between multiple hospital locations, work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
