Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a float pool, providing direct patient care across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Engage in patient education and discharge planning, ensuring holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty training program, with the ability to float between multiple hospital sites. Effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential. Flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
