Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate and adjust interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in decision-making, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a specialty training program, ability to float between multiple hospital locations, and flexibility with rotating day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Key Duties: Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; educate patients and families; coordinate discharge planning; ensure compliance with policies; and support organizational safety standards.
