We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to join the Central Region Float Pool.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient assessments and addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing individualized care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
- Providing direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and participating in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contributing to quality and safety initiatives and working as part of a team committed to organizational goals.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required).
- Ability to perform assessments and deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to float between multiple hospital locations.
