Join a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse role in a collaborative healthcare environment, providing direct patient care across multiple hospital locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing assessments and addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Developing, coordinating, and executing individualized care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
- Administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies in accordance with policies.
- Evaluating intervention effectiveness and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Problem-solving equipment issues and participating in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Engaging actively in quality, safety, and departmental improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required).
- Preferred: minimum of two years of recent inpatient float unit or travel nursing experience.
- Ability to float between multiple hospital sites.
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
