Role: Registered Nurse responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments.
Responsibilities: Evaluate the effectiveness of care, maintain professional accountability, and perform duties aligned with mission and standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including day or night, with no mandatory weekends or holidays. Responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours and being available for short-notice shifts, with potential shift cancellations.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN licensure, and recent bedside RN experience (minimum 1 year for Med Surg; 2 years for specialty areas). Certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS as applicable. Physical demands include lifting, standing, and mobility activities.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and ability to work in diverse departments such as ED, ICU, Behavioral Health, and Women’s Health. Epic experience is preferred.
