Role Overview: The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, performs, and evaluates patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Proven ability to provide compassionate, high-quality care, strong critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills. Experience in various acute care units is preferred, with opportunities across multiple specialized units.
Program & Work Environment: New graduate nurses may participate in a 12-month Nurse Residency Program focusing on leadership and professional development. Work is performed in a clinical setting with an emphasis on patient-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement. The role involves some weekend and holiday shifts, with a focus on fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and safety-oriented environment.
