Seeking experienced RNs for a hospital expansion with a focus on ER and ICU units.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, expanded environment.
- Maintaining appropriate staffing ratios (3:1 on high acuity, 4:1 as needed).
- Managing patient transfers, primarily for complex cases like major burns and neurosurgery.
- Performing physical duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and various movements to support patient needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state or compact license.
- Minimum of 1 year ER experience preferred.
- Certifications including BLS required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or others may be required based on department.
