Role: PRN Registered Nurse (Endoscopy/GI)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for patients undergoing gastrointestinal (GI) procedures, including:
- Pre-procedure: perform patient assessment and preparation.
- Intra-procedure: monitor patients and provide safe, skilled nursing support.
- Medication & sedation: administer medications and moderate sedation as appropriate.
- Procedure support: assist physicians during endoscopic procedures.
- Post-procedure recovery: manage post-anesthesia recovery care.
- Infection control: ensure strict infection prevention practices.
- Reprocessing: follow required standards for equipment reprocessing.
Qualifications & skills: RN licensure, strong clinical judgment, patient-focused communication, ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment, and commitment to safety, infection control, and high-quality outcomes.
