Role: Registered Nurse providing professional, technical nursing care to patients.
Responsibilities: Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver high-quality patient care. Ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment, accurate communication, medication and IV administration, and patient education. Promoting teamwork, adhering to hospital standards, and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and at least six months of RN experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Ability to evaluate and ensure understanding among patients and staff. Commitment to safety, accuracy, and timely documentation.
Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks to support patient care and hospital operations.
