This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department working full-time night shifts.
As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, the RN provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include partnering with patients and families to ensure personalized care, practicing in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies, and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.
The RN demonstrates teamwork, collaboration, and leadership by supporting performance improvement activities, mentoring colleagues, and participating in shared governance.
Qualifications include associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing, valid licensure, and required certifications such as BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
Minimum of 5 years RN experience is required, along with strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
