Join a dynamic emergency nursing team as a Float RN within a supportive healthcare network.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered emergency care across multiple facilities, including assessment, triage, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
You will respond effectively to critical situations, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation in line with standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering expert emergency nursing interventions.
- Adapting to diverse ED environments and challenges.
- Participating in rapid response and code situations.
- Supporting patient and family education on care plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent ED RN experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license (state or Compact).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC or ATCN preferred.
