Role: Per diem Emergency Department Registered Nurse in the Drawbridge ED unit.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care including triage, assessment, and stabilization of diverse patients.
- Administer medications and treatments, perform ongoing patient monitoring, and respond to rapid changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and support quality and safety initiatives within the unit.
