Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and document care; delegate tasks to staff; collaborate as a team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher, Illinois RN licensure, current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications within specified timeframes.
