Role Overview: This position involves delivering comprehensive inpatient nursing care in a fast-paced clinical environment, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and diagnostic procedures. The nurse is responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care following established policies and standards.
- Assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Formulate and modify care plans, including discharge planning and education.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to address patient needs.
- Delegate and adjust tasks based on patient acuity and staff expertise.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice decisions.
- Support a team-oriented environment and promote safety and patient safety programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based setting with a focus on safety and quality care.
