Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, and provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
Evaluate nursing interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure patient safety, promote positive patient and family experiences, and actively contribute to departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrate compassion, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Key Duties: Perform nursing activities aligned with scope of practice, advocate for patient safety, participate in safety and quality education, and meet unit and system metrics.
