Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans based on scope of practice and standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Participate in evidence-based practice decisions and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a specialty nursing training program (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to perform assessments, plan, organize, and evaluate nursing activities.

Additional Information: The role involves working in a dynamic clinical environment, participating in unit and organizational safety and quality initiatives, and ensuring optimal patient and family experiences. Shift hours include 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
