Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and coordinates individualized care plans, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjusts care based on patient responses.
  • Collaborates proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participates in decision-making, evidence-based practices, and quality and safety initiatives within the unit.
  • Acts as a compassionate caregiver, promoting patient safety, satisfaction, and positive health responses.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a specialty nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.

Additional Details: The role involves working in a clinical environment, with responsibilities including problem-solving, equipment management, and adherence to policies. Flexibility for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
