Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
  • Deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care and resolve issues proactively.
  • Participate in decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and organizational standards.
  • Engage in unit-based activities and contribute to evidence-based practice and departmental goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • Strong assessment, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and problem-solve effectively.

Additional Information: The role involves working in a clinical environment, with responsibilities including patient advocacy, safety, and satisfaction. The position requires working 7a-7:30p shifts, every other weekend and holiday.
