Position: Registered Nurse, Oncology
Location: Endeavor Health Cancer Center – Plainfield, IL
Role Overview: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for oncology patients, independently utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Lead and guide unlicensed assistive personnel, collaborate with healthcare team members, and contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
Qualifications: Current Illinois RN licensure, Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), CPR certification, and at least 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience or related high-acuity settings such as ED, ICU, or PACU. OCN/ONS certification is a plus.
Skills: Strong clinical skills in oncology care, leadership, effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered nursing care, coordinate interdisciplinary efforts, and support positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
