Role: Per Diem Registered Nurse – ICU
Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate critical care; utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluating patient care; supervise unlicensed assistive personnel; collaborate with healthcare team for optimal outcomes; contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
Qualifications & Skills: Current IL RN license; graduate of NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred); BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications; minimum two years recent acute critical care experience with telemetry competence; ability to demonstrate telemetry skills within 14 days.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care on night shifts; work across multiple locations; follow level-specific hours commitment; participate in team communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.
