Registered Nurse – Critical Care – Night Shift

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, developing and executing care plans with independent judgment.
  • Coordinate patient flow and deliver safe, effective care adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating pertinent information to families and staff.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational change efforts.
  • Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
  • Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Valid RN license, with multi-state licensure preferred.
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and appropriate life support certifications upon hire.
  • Proficiency in clinical skills, communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy.

Additional Duties: Supports organizational quality, safety standards, and participates in shared governance and other assigned responsibilities.
