Role: Per Diem Registered Nurse – ICU, providing compassionate and safe patient care in various locations.
Responsibilities: Independently deliver nursing care, utilize the nursing process, supervise unlicensed staff, collaborate with healthcare team, and promote safety and quality outcomes.
Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, graduate of an NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications, minimum two years of recent critical care experience with telemetry competence.
Skills: Critical care expertise, effective communication, teamwork, and proficiency in telemetry testing.
Additional duties: Night shift availability, weekend and holiday work, and travel across specified locations.
