Role Overview: A Float LPN supports multiple healthcare facilities within a health system, providing high-quality patient care, education, and collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate patient care under RN supervision, including assessments, procedures, and interventions.
