Role Overview: The position involves providing high-quality patient care across multiple facilities as part of a support team, supporting diverse units and teams.
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, skilled patient care under RN supervision, including assessments and procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communicate changes in patient conditions.
Educate patients and families on self-care and safety practices.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in team communication.
Engage in ongoing training, professional development, and contribute to team projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; current LPN license in the relevant state.
Minimum of 3+ years recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong clinical assessment skills, organization, communication, quick thinking, and patient-focused approach.
