Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient conditions within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
- Prioritize patient flow, document assessments, interventions, and incidents accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree.
- Current licensing and certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
- Proficiency in patient care, communication, teamwork, and quality improvement.
- Ability to self-manage professional growth and contribute to a positive work environment.
