Registered Nurse – Critical Care – FT

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.

Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and ensuring patient and family-centered care.

Coordinate care, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance.

Maintain professional competence through ongoing training and certifications.

Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and other relevant life support standards required upon hire.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
