Role: Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Float Pool, providing patient care across ED, ICU, and PACU areas.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process—assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment—while documenting care and promoting interdisciplinary communication. Deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and safe care aligned with patient needs and competencies.
Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license in Colorado or multistate license, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days, minimum three years of critical care experience, associate degree (BSN preferred), current licensure, annual competencies, and certifications. No travel required.
