Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing professional nursing care in critical care units, including Medical ICU and Cardiac Neuro ICU.
Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, employ critical thinking, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, recognize changes, delegate tasks, and collaborate as part of a healthcare team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Nursing; current Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification; ACLS certification within six months; 2-5 years of critical care experience.
