We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide expert nursing care in the Intensive Care Units.
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive assessments and reassessments, documenting findings accurately.
Developing, coordinating, and evaluating individualized care plans based on patient data and physician orders.
Delivering and documenting nursing interventions, administering medications, and ensuring effective communication among care team members.
Monitoring patient status, recognizing changes, and taking appropriate actions to ensure safety.
Providing specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment.
Ensuring adherence to safety and infection control policies, maintaining a safe environment, and completing mandatory training.
Offering exceptional service by communicating effectively, respecting patient dignity, and fostering teamwork.
Engaging in performance improvement initiatives and applying evidence-based practices.
Providing age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing appropriate communication and assessment skills.
Demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and collaborative teamwork while maintaining a respectful environment.
Qualifications include:
- Current RN license in Missouri or applicable compact states.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, and prolonged standing.
- Commitment to infection control, patient safety, and professional development.
