Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating and supervising nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, assists with orientation, conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing and supplies, addresses performance issues, communicates care activities, participates in policy development, mentors staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and resolves patient concerns. Supports Magnet principles, promotes evidence-based practices, and maintains a collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing, enrolled in or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with preferred experience. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Key Duties: Ensures regulatory compliance, resource management, staff mentoring, policy communication, and incident follow-up. Works primarily in a clinical environment, adhering to organizational policies and promoting a safe, patient-centered care environment.
