Role: Clinical Team Coordinator responsible for supervising nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, participates in staff orientation, conducts performance evaluations, manages scheduling, monitors compliance with regulations, and addresses performance issues.
Facilitates communication among team members, supports evidence-based practices, mentors staff, and ensures regulatory adherence. Handles patient and family concerns, documents incidents, and assists with unit operations to optimize resources.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to foster a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles, promote professional growth, and ensure regulatory compliance.
