Role: The Clinical Team Coordinator supervises nursing care on their assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, assists with orientation, conducts performance evaluations, manages staffing and supplies, and addresses performance issues.
Communicates care activities and unit operations, supports nursing policies aligned with organizational goals, mentors staff, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, promotes evidence-based practices, and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
Addresses patient and family concerns, follows incident protocols, and ensures proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires enrollment in or completion of a nursing degree program, experience in nursing, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and patient safety is essential.
