Role: Clinical Team Coordinator RN, responsible for supervising nursing care on a designated unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, assists with orientation, conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing and supplies, addresses performance issues, communicates care and operational updates, supports policy development, mentors staff, and ensures regulatory compliance.
