We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time clinical team in providing compassionate, high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility.
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, documentation, medication administration, and treatments.
Supervise and support CNAs and staff to ensure safe, effective care.
Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding care needs.
Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in care planning and quality initiatives.
Qualifications include a current RN license in Michigan, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
