Role Overview
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a critical link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Care Coordination: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver safe care, and document assessments and interventions.
- Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient concerns, educate families, and communicate effectively to promote positive experiences.
- Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement, support initiatives for better outcomes, and contribute ideas for quality improvement.
- Professional Development & Leadership: Maintain licenses, pursue growth opportunities, mentor colleagues, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Valid RN license (multi-state compact or single-state)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
