Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cath Lab department at a hospital location.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.
- Evaluating care effectiveness provided by other caregivers.
- Coordinating patient care across departments.
- Maintaining standards in alignment with organizational mission and values.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure and ability to obtain/maintain state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS may be required.
- Preferred experience in Cath lab or procedural nursing.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements.
Key duties:
- Providing direct patient care, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Performing physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving patients.
