Role: Registered Nurse in a mixed Cardiac/Tele and Neuro/Stroke Unit, providing bedside and virtual patient care.
Responsibilities: Deliver age-appropriate nursing care, monitor and communicate patient status, perform medication reconciliation, complete procedure checklists, answer patient and family questions, educate patients and plan discharges, and document interactions in EPIC.
Qualifications: Associate or higher degree in Nursing; current Illinois RN license; CPR certification; ACLS and NIHSS certifications within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or higher; 1+ year inpatient nursing experience preferred.
