Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based practices and organizational standards.
- Responsibilities: Conduct the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity, and partner with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Coordinate care delivery, document accurately, promote a respectful environment, and support performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
- Professional Development: Complete ongoing competency assessments, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and stay current with clinical standards and research.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Promote research, participate in data collection, and evaluate care practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills: Must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, current RN licensure (single state or multi-state), and BLS certification. Less than one year of clinical experience is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills are essential.
