Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, develop, and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to address patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decision-making, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
- Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions, ensuring optimal care outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to quality improvement, safety protocols, and patient-centered care.
