Role Overview: This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care within a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual factors.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures in accordance with policies.
- Evaluate nursing interventions and modify care plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit-based activities to enhance patient outcomes.
- Promote safety, patient satisfaction, and family engagement, ensuring a positive care experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, with a focus on safety and quality.
