Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, and implements individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Educates patients and families, manages discharge planning, and evaluates intervention effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:
