Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or specialized unit certifications may be required.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various physical movements.
